We are looking for someone to join our Tenancy team as Housing Officer on a permanent basis. The role of a Housing Officer can be highly rewarding when you’re able to find a satisfactory solution to our customers problems. Although demanding on a number of levels, it’s also a varied role that will keep you stimulated. Furthermore, as you’ll be working through many cases from start to finish, you’ll feel a great deal of job satisfaction when you achieve a positive outcome.

The varied and demanding aspect of being a Housing Officer can also be a major and stressful challenge. You could find yourself juggling a number of tasks, while having to deal directly with upset and angry individuals, so it’s certainly not a job for the faint hearted. If you love helping people, are well organised, like a challenge and have a cool head, then you should excel as a Housing Officer.
