Role Description

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development, business development or enterprise sales within an eCommerce agency or digital agency
  • Proven track record of acquiring new B2B clients and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including online marketplaces, with solid knowledge of Amazon
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation and contract signing
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive) and sales pipeline management
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Requirements

  • Identify and engage enterprise prospects globally through strategic outbound activities including LinkedIn, email, phone and networking
  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies, leveraging research and industry insights to engage key decision makers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, commercial negotiations and contract signature
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within enterprise organisations
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and manage responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Apply knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, particularly Amazon and online retail, to identify customer challenges and position appropriate solutions
  • Build, manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM, ensuring reliable forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver a seamless customer acquisition process
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support business growth
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets
