- Role Description
- Expanding business globally
- Identifying business development opportunities, acquiring new customers
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Plan and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategy, responsibility and management of the allocated budget
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for Client`s, arrange business meetings with prospective Clients
- Introducing and improving internal sales-related processes
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Ensuring acquired deals are with adequate margin and budget that allow them to be executed in accordance with the set standards
- Manage Sales Department, i. e. achieve goals and business growth set for the team
- Monitor team members activities and provide necessary advice and guidance
- Training sales people and supporting development of their selling and negotiating skills as well as in-depth knowledge of services
- Obtain sales KPI and adjusting sales team activities in line with the market situation
- Reporting results to the board
Requirements
- Must have: Experience working at leading e-commerce agencies
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including enterprise clients
- Strong background in e Commerce, digital commerce, marketplaces, or retail media
- Proven track record in acquiring and growing large global clients (FMCG, retail, consumer brands)
- Experience in selling complex, data-driven solutions (e. g. e Commerce services, content, SEO, Saa S, analytics)
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end e Commerce ecosystem (marketplaces, e Retail, product content, digital shelf)
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, international sales processes and negotiating at C-level
- Ability to build long-term, strategic client partnerships
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth, margins, and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Willingness to travel internationally
