This role is strictly available to Swinburne Nursing students only. Applicants must have attended the Swinburne Nursing Student Symposium on Monday, 27 April 2026. If you did not attend this event, please do not apply for this position and instead consider other roles currently advertised.

About the Role

  • Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
  • Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
  • Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
  • Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
  • Be a friend to our residents
  • Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
