About the Role
Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:
- Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
- Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
- Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
- Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
- Be a friend to our residents
- Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected
You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
