Estendio, a mission‑driven accessibility start‑up dedicated to transforming how neurodivergent individuals navigate their educational and professional journeys, is looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and communicate our product narrative across the middle and bottom of the funnel in the US and UK Higher Education markets.

Estendio has empowered students across 150 universities in the UK and US with our first product, Present Pal, and recently launched Tailo, an AI‑powered reading platform. We aim to become the world’s leading accessibility company and are entering a rapid growth phase over the next year.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager (Product & Content) will turn product value, pilot outcomes, and user stories into clear, compelling content that builds credibility and trust with Higher Education decision‑makers, equips the commercial team with strong sales enablement, and supports pilots and adoption with sharp, consistent storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Narrative & Positioning: Own and maintain Estendio’s product narrative and messaging for HE decision‑makers, ensuring consistent, differentiated storytelling across all channels and materials.
  • Content Creation – Social, Thought Leadership & Product Storytelling: Create and manage narrative‑led social, thought leadership, and product content (primarily LinkedIn) that builds credibility in new markets and supports core GTM campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement & Nurture Content (Mid‑Funnel Ownership): Lead mid‑funnel content by developing sales enablement assets and nurture journeys that move leads from MQL → SQL → Opportunity, in close alignment with the existing team.
  • Pilot Storytelling, Proof Points & Adoption Content: Turn pilots and live usage into compelling stories, proof points, and adoption content that support pilot success, conversion, and rollout in institutions.
  • Customer Evidence, Insights & Performance: Build and leverage a library of customer evidence while tracking content performance and sharing insights that refine marketing, outreach, and sales strategies.
  • Market Focus & Scope: Focus on new and expansion markets in US and UK HE, contributing to the DSA market only where it strategically amplifies core Higher Education storytelling and thought leadership.

Key Accountabilities

  • Mid‑Funnel Ownership: Clear, consistent product narrative and positioning across all commercial‑facing content.
  • Content & Storytelling Impact: High‑quality case studies, decks, FAQs, testimonials that increase confidence among decision‑makers.
  • Adoption & Customer Evidence: Creation of adoption assets that support successful rollout and engagement in live institutions; growing library of customer proof points.
  • Performance & Insight: Regular tracking and reporting on content performance and engagement; clear feedback loop into marketing and commercial strategy based on user and content insights.

Key Relationships

  • Internal: Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Head of Commercial, Product Delivery team.
  • External: Content collaborators, advocates, designers or agencies.

About You

You will have a background in Product Marketing, Content Marketing or Strategic Communications, ideally within a growth or go‑to‑market context. Proven ability to create compelling, insight‑led messaging for professional / institutional audiences and experience producing content for social channels (LinkedIn especially) with commercial or thought leadership impact. You will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional go‑to‑market environment. Exposure to Education, SaaS or mission‑led industries is valuable but not essential.

  • Strong storytelling and brand narrative skills, able to translate product value into belief‑driving content.
  • Creative with a strategic lens, understands influence, positioning and audience psychology.
  • Skilled in social content creation for credibility, not vanity.
  • Strong written communication skills with a clear, professional tone.
  • High autonomy and ownership, able to shape direction based on market insights.
  • Collaborative and confident working alongside marketing and commercial teams.

  • Growth in new‑market engagement (social, content performance, inbound trust signals).
  • Commercial team feedback on usefulness and clarity of marketing assets.
  • Strengthened positioning and market authority in the new markets.
  • Contribution to pilot momentum and narrative differentiation.
