Estendio builds technology that helps disabled and neurodivergent students study more independently, confidently, and effectively. Tailo is our newest product — an AI-powered academic reading and research companion designed specifically for students who feel overwhelmed by dense, high-volume academic content. Unlike generic AI tools, Tailo prioritises learning, integrity, and accessibility. In 2026, our focus is not growth at all costs, it’s proving that students choose Tailo over free AI tools for real academic work — and come back on their own.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to support our GTM efforts across new markets and B2C discovery. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments and wants exposure to lots of different areas of marketing. You’ll jump between projects, learn quickly, and help turn ideas into execution. You’ll work closely with the Head of GTM, Product, and external agencies/freelancers, helping us test, learn, and build momentum across channels, with increasing ownership over initiatives and channels as we scale. This role is ideal for someone with some B2C experience who wants to grow into a strong generalist marketer.
What You’ll Do
- Support GTM execution across markets
- Support B2C discovery and validation work
- Help build and test personas, value propositions, and messaging
- Contribute to early SEO and content experimentation
- Support landing page and website creation and iteration
- Take ownership of defined campaigns or channels end-to-end
- Help prioritise marketing activity based on impact, effort, and learning value
- Work across multiple marketing channels
- Assist with organic marketing (content, SEO, community, word of mouth)
- Create or coordinate social graphics
- Create high quality and creative marketing assets
- Support community and referral-driven growth initiatives
- Help keep the website and landing pages up to date
- Learn fast and adapt quickly
- Jump between priorities as the business evolves
- Take feedback quickly and iterate on work
- Help document learnings from campaigns and experiments
- Support reporting and sharing insights with the wider team
- Collaborate across teams
- Work closely with the Head of GTM and other leadership roles
- Coordinate with Product on messaging, positioning, and launches
- Work with freelancers and agencies where needed
- Be a reliable executor who helps ideas get shipped
- Flag what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down
What You’ll Own
- Day-to-day execution support for GTM initiatives
- Campaign and event coordination support
- First drafts and iterations of marketing assets
- Contribution to B2C discovery outputs (personas, messaging, content)
- Channel hygiene (website updates, social presence, basic SEO tasks)
What Does Success Look Like?
After the First 3 Months
- Understand our product, users, and GTM priorities
- Can confidently support campaigns and experiments
- Easily switch between tasks quickly without losing momentum
- Marketing activity is moving faster because you’re involved
- Clear learning and development areas identified
After the First 6 Months
- Independently run smaller initiatives end-to-end
- Contribute ideas, not just execution
- Strong grasp of what resonates with our B2C audience
- Trusted by the GTM and Product teams as a go-to generalist
- Growing ownership over specific channels or projects
Who Are You?
- Curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Scrappy, proactive, and not precious about work
- Organised, but flexible
- Interested in startups and early-stage growth
- Excited to try things, see what works, and iterate fast
- Comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes, not just delivery
What We Offer
- Flexibility: Working remotely with occasional on-site meetings in Scotland and Quarterly company get-togethers
