Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an engaging, sociable and welcoming Team Experience Host on a part-time 20 hours per week basis. The on target earning potential for this position is £15,779.20 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £14,279.20, plus a qualified estimate of £1,500 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

  • Manage our colleague spaces; the various Green Rooms where colleagues across Estelle can relax with teas, coffees, a hot meal provided daily, as well as The Bothy back of house changing areas.
  • Ensure a smooth operation with a focus on health and safety as well as general welfare.
  • Assist with basic cleaning, general duties and stock control of our colleague food and amenities.
  • Play an integral role in supporting our vision for Estelle Manor to be a great place to work and place a high importance on the happiness of all colleagues.
