Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for a full time dedicated Spa Therapist who shares our genuine passion for wellbeing. In this role, you will be guided in curating unique and personalized experiences for our guests and members. Reporting directly to our Wellness Manager, we are seeking individuals who are driven to constantly deepen their knowledge and gain new skills in holistic therapies and ancient healing practices.
If you are trained in a diverse range of complementary therapies, such as Deep tissue sports massage, Reiki, Craniosacral osteopathy, Thai massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Tuina, Manual Lymphatic drainage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release etc., we would love to hear from you.
Who we are looking for:
- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferred.
- An individual proficient in providing a wide range of massages, body treatments, and/or facials and who is committed to professional growth.
- A team-orientated, positive and caring personality who is passionate about wellbeing.
- Someone who embraces opportunities for self-development as well as share their skills with our guests, members and colleagues.
- A compassionate and nurturing character, with a true commitment to caring for others.
The on target earning potential for this role is £38,000-£40,000 per annum. This is comprised of a base hourly rate of £14.38 per hour, plus inclusion in our service charge and commission schemes.
