Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts.

Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role

We are looking for a disciplined and adaptable Chef de Partie to support our Tea Lounges wellness focused food offering at Eynsham Baths.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality, health-driven dishes under minimal supervision.

The position is not purely back-of-house.

You are expected to confidently step into front-of-house operations when required, supporting service, engaging with guests, and maintaining overall service standards.
