The manor boasts four restaurants, a 3,000‑sq‑metre Roman‑inspired spa, 108 bedrooms, a gym with studios and padel courts, a children’s club and a workspace. The Brasserie, located in the precincts of the Orangery with a south‑facing terrace overlooking the estate, offers an all‑day dining experience that blends seasonal British produce with effortless elegance. Role Overview
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily success of The Brasserie. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead from the front, inspiring and developing a high‑performing team to deliver seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. You will own the restaurant operation, ensuring excellence across every service period, maintain consistency and energy even during peak demand, and play a key role in achieving financial targets, enhancing service standards, and fostering continuous training and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop the front‑of‑house team to deliver consistently exceptional service.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations across all service periods.
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality, presentation and guest care.
- Support the delivery of financial performance, including service charge and revenue targets.
- Drive ongoing training, coaching and performance development across the team.
- Act as a key ambassador for The Brasserie, embodying its tone, values and service ethos.

Qualifications
