Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a Reservations Supervisor to assist in leading a team to manage all booking enquiries and communications for rooms, restaurants, spa and other itineraries. You will be a confident, strong team trainer and mentor with the ability to tailor your communications to our language and tone for the team, guests and wider stakeholders. You will need to be forward thinking, positive and resilient ready to explore new avenues, share knowledge, coach and mentor the team and enable them to be the best they can be.

A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused team leader is required. Experience in reservations within a luxury hotel or premium brand is essential. Motivated by working within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will ideally hold prior experience in systems such as Opera, Sevenrooms, Book4Time, Alliants and People Vine. Microsoft Office suite knowledge is essential. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues.
