Who are we? Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. As a Reservations Executive, you will handle all day-to-day enquiries for Estelle Manor. You will be responsible for answering and responding to all incoming calls, messages and requests in a warm and friendly way ensuring our members and guests always feel hosted in their home. With a passion for delivering exceptional service in an efficient manner, you will have a positive attitude and keen motivation to develop any previous reservations abd bookings experience and skills. Who are we looking for? Passionate about creating exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail. Experience in luxury hospitality or travel industry is advantageous.
