Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts.

Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.

Role: As a Night Receptionist at Estelle Manor, you will be the welcoming face of the estate throughout the night, creating a seamless and memorable experience for every member and guest.

Whether greeting a late arrival, assisting with overnight requests or ensuring a smooth departure before dawn, you'll deliver thoughtful, intuitive service with warmth and professionalism.

Behind the scenes, you'll keep the estate running effortlessly by completing the night audit, supporting essential administrative tasks, and ensuring our reception and communal guest areas remain impeccably presented.

Who we are looking for?

Previous hotel experience.

Experience of working nights or in a luxury property would be desirable.

Experience with Opera/Opera Cloud is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.

Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
