Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.
The Role: Providing an exceptional guest experience, you will assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities during the night shift, including the night audit, in an efficient and positive manner. You will also ensure our communal areas are prepared, serviced and in immaculate condition in preparation for the next day. With a genuine passion for hosting, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be an ambassador for the front office team here at Estelle Manor.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous hotel reception experience.
- Experience of working nights or in a luxury property would be desirable.
- Experience with Opera/Opera Cloud is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
