Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an inspiring Head Waiter to join our Event operations team at Estelle Manor. The on target earning potential for this role is £36,705.61 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £28,385.61, plus a qualified estimate of £8,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

  • As a Head Waiter, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our members and guests.
  • You will oversee the food and drinks service during our events, answer any member enquiries and strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member and guest receives genuine and personalised service.
  • You will help to coach and mentor more junior colleagues, assisting the management team with an efficient flow throughout our Event operations.
