Base pay range

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa‑Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Estelle Manor, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As our Guest Relations Manager, you will passionately lead and mentor our Butler and Guest Relations team, ensuring the ‘warmth and magic’ of Estelle Manor is carried across the estate. You will help to curate the member and guest journey throughout our houses and suites, striving to innovate, inspire and delight through delivering exceptional service. With a management background, with proven experience managing a luxury butler team, you will be knowledgeable and charismatic, with a focus on developing your team to be the best they can be.

Who we are looking for?

  • A charismatic leader, passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within a luxury hotel, managing a Butler and Guest Relations team.
  • Strong people management skills and experience.
  • Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
