Who are we? Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operation at Estelle Manor , ensuring our rooms, suites, cabins, houses, public areas and wider estate consistently reflect the exceptional standards expected of a luxury hotel and private members club. The on-target earning potential for this role is £68,000 per annum , based on a 40-hour contract, comprising a base salary of £65,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in bonus . This is a senior operational role, leading a team of 80+ colleagues and overseeing a large and diverse housekeeping operation across the estate.
