Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, preparing dishes with care, consistency, and creativity. You’ll work closely with the senior chefs to deliver high standards and help keep the kitchen running smoothly from prep to plate.

Who we are looking for:

• 1-2 years’ experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
• Organised, calm, and focused under pressure
• Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail
• A collaborative team player who takes pride in every plate
