Job description
Our client is looking for an Multi Skilled Technician (Panel/MET/Paint) to join their highly skilled and welcoming team in Grantham .
Description
Multi Skilled Technician are responsible for the efficient and professional removal of motor vehicle parts so that they may be repaired and painted. Multi Skilled Technicians are also involved in the refitting of the parts following successful repair/paint completion. Our technicians are responsible for carrying out repairs to damaged vehicles, conducting diagnosis and following relevant instructions on the job cards issued.
What we are offering:
- Full time/Permanent.
- 45 hour week
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current or very recent Bodyshop experience as an Multi Skilled Technician (Panel/MET/Paint) of at least 3 years.
- Full UK drivers license.
- Be able to work in a team and independently if needed.
- Achieve deadlines and targets that are set out.
- Youll need your own tools.
- City & Guild Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Bodyshop Repair.
- ATA Qualification would be an advantage.
- Previous bodyshop MET Technician or Panel Beater experience is essential.
- Rebuilding bodywork on damaged vehicles in a busy bodyshop.
