Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
- Stay up to date with the latest technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
- Adhere to both company and manufacturer quality standards
- Ensure full compliance with vehicle health check procedures
Required Experience & Skills
- Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Full UK driving license
- Proven experience in vehicle inspection, repair, and servicing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
