We’re looking for a talented Junior Designer eager to gain invaluable experience and take on creative challenges. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our close-knit design team, helping to develop existing collections and explore new opportunities. Your designs will play a vital role in shaping our brand’s evolution while staying truly customer focused.

About the Role

  • Contribute to the design and development of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetic.
  • Research and analyse trends, presenting mood boards and design concepts for seasonal updates.
  • Keeping up to date with the critical path to ensure timely and successful collection launches.
  • Utilise sales data to track best sellers and identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Create comprehensive supplier tech packs and provide clear manufacturing briefs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain administrative files, including costings and RRPs, for seamless range development.
  • Oversee multiple design projects across departments as needed.
  • Organise sample management and maintain artwork files.
  • Assist in seasonal photoshoots.
  • Travel internationally for supplier visits and market research.

  • Has a strong commercial eye and can design products in line with Estella Bartlett’s signature aesthetic.
  • Pays meticulous attention to detail, from design to production and administrative tasks.
  • Keeps up with commercial trends relevant to our brand.
  • Has experience in creating technical drawings for manufacturing.
  • Is highly organised, particularly in managing samples and artwork files.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn and adapt.
  • Brings fresh, innovative ideas and contributes confidently to the team.
  • Can manage multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Has a working knowledge of Excel (advantageous but not essential).

Requirements & Skills

  • A jewellery designer with a passion for product innovation.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of in-house jewellery design experience.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • A deep understanding of jewellery-making techniques and production processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.
