Ecommerce & Social Media Work Experience

We\’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative student available for an work experience of at least 3 months to support the Ecommerce & Marketing team in growing the online business and increasing social presence.

The successful candidate will carry out a vast range of tasks including but not limited to assisting in customer service of our ecommerce website, creating and developing engaging creative content for Instagram and TikTok, identifying potential influencers and business partners to work with, researching industry trends and news, responding to customer service queries, merchandising and uploading images for the website and other admin duties.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual seeking to gain work experience within, and exposure to, a global brand and fast paced design studio.

About You

We\’re looking for a motivated and creative individual with original ideas who wants to gain an insight into ecommerce and marketing within an established and exciting brand.

Ideal Qualities

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• Great knowledge of how social media channels works especially Tiktok.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

• Flexible and self-motivated with the ability to adapt within a fast paced and changing environment.

• Able to operate effectively as part of a team as well as, where appropriate, on your own initiative.

• Professional and enthusiastic attitude to the way you approach work and the workplace.

What You\’ll Gain

• An understanding of ecommerce and social media marketing and how this operates within a successful fashion brand.

• Insight into the fashion industry.

• Expansion of your knowledge of Adobe software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and InDesign.

• Knowledge of how to use integral ecommerce tools such as content management systems.

Application:

• In order to be eligible, you must currently be in full time education at College or University.

• This work placement is for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of longer if available.

• Ideally you will be able to work on-site with us in our office in London.

• Please note we are only able to proceed with applicants who are eligible to work in the U.K.

Please be aware this role is an unpaid work experience, with an expense allowance of £20 per working day depends on your location.
