Overview Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the PR & brand partnership strategy & initiatives as part of our eCommerce and marketing team. You will oversee our PR, brand partnership and brand ambassador program as well as ideate and lead key influencer activities across seasonal campaigns. This role will contribute to our continued growth by helping us drive market share and brand awareness.
Create innovative influencer marketing strategies that are in line with our overall marketing goals
Identify and engage with talent who align with our target audience and brand values
Manage end-to-end influencer relationships including casting, briefing, negotiating, and execution
Amplify UGC across platforms (meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) to drive awareness, and click-through rates
Manage the influencer and gifting budget and provide regular reports on performance including monthly, quarterly and campaign wrap-up reports
Brand Partnership and Content Creation:
Actively search for potential partnerships with our brand
Work collaboratively with our Social Media Creator as well as the Design and Marketing team and be responsible for the production of innovative and appealing partnership content
Track performance and reporting, optimising for continuous improvement
PR and Communications:
Write materials such as press releases, factsheets and briefings for brand ambassadors
Develop creative and innovative event concepts and execute the production of these PR / Influencer events
Daily handling of PR requests, vetting, briefings and evaluations
Brand-side experience is preferred
A demonstrable ability to develop and maintain strong visual brand identity through digital content, video, and photography
Strategic and creative mindset, social native, up to date with current trends
Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Skills in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing programmes
