Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of learning activities for individuals, small groups, and occasionally whole classes.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment; support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development; contribute to effective behaviour management.
- Assist with the preparation of resources, monitor pupil progress, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil learning and wellbeing.
- Promote independence, engagement and confidence in learners while ensuring safeguarding, care and wellbeing at all times.
