Location: Esteem Valley Academy

Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale - Grade 9 (Points 16 - 19), Actual Salary £27,816 - £30,175 per annum

Contract: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (Part time could be considered for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of learning activities for individuals, small groups, and occasionally whole classes.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment; support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development; contribute to effective behaviour management.
  • Assist with the preparation of resources, monitor pupil progress, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil learning and wellbeing.
  • Promote independence, engagement and confidence in learners while ensuring safeguarding, care and wellbeing at all times.
