About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position covering Surrey and London. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and locating water leaks in both domestic and commercial properties using a range of specialist leak detection methods and equipment. This role would suit an experienced plumber with excellent fault-finding abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out non-invasive leak detection in domestic and commercial properties.
  • Conduct gas tracer testing and other specialist leak detection techniques.
  • Diagnose plumbing faults and identify the source of water leaks efficiently.
  • Provide clear reports and recommendations following inspections.
  • Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure company vehicle, tools, and equipment are kept clean, safe, and in good working order.
  • Represent the company positively when dealing with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualified plumber - Minimum Level 2 Plumbing Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience in leak detection is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
