Role: St Clare's School, part of Esteem Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a highly skilled, committed and child-centred Designated Safeguarding & Attendance Lead (DSL) to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our school's commitment to keeping every child safe, supported and able to thrive. As our DSL, you will hold strategic and operational responsibility for safeguarding, child protection, pupil welfare and attendance across the entire Academy. You'll lead and inspire staff, work closely with multi-agency partners, and ensure that safeguarding remains at the forefront of school culture, decision-making and practice.
