This role will be reporting into and will support the Senior/Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to build a career in marketing. The Marketing Executive will assist in implementing key marketing activities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of consumer launch plans and omnichannel campaigns.
- Coordinate brand sampling programs, managing sample inventory and liaising with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the adaptation and execution of global marketing content for local markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights.
- Work with sales and retail teams to implement marketing initiatives that drive in-store and online engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, contributing to analytics and ROI assessments.
- Assist in pricing activities, including competitor analysis and the implementation of new product pricing, partnering with Commercial & Trade Marketing Team.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and digital teams to optimise online marketing efforts.
- Support the Senior/Marketing Manager in administrative tasks and project management to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
- In partnership with Owned, Earned & Paid media teams deliver the execution of Creative, Comms & Media.
What This Role Does
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Assist in implementing local brand marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Support the execution of product launches, promotional activities, and integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Support high-traffic retail moments strategy by developing seasonal and regional marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to provide insights for innovative marketing strategies.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and inform future planning.
- Content and Campaign Management
- Support consumer events, both in-store and virtual, and lead post-event analysis to identify insights and best practices.
- Assist with brand pop-ups, partnerships, and experiential activations to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage event communication strategies across all channels, including email, social, and online platforms.
- Retail and Digital Marketing
- Partner with retailers and wider teams to coordinate and execute marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Monitor and report on retail marketing performance, market trends, and competitor activity to refine future strategies.
- Foster relationships with centers of excellence to maximise brand visibility and secure marketing opportunities.
- Assist in creating bi-annual retailer strategy presentations and integrating global content into localised marketing plans.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Experience in marketing role or related field, preferably in luxury, beauty, or retail sectors.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
