M A C & Bobbi Brown Travel Retail EMEA has an exciting opportunity to recruit a RESIDENT TRAINER for Gatwick Airport.
This education position is required to have a mix of shifts that will suit the business needs, dedicating key time training the team on specific service and artistry techniques and M A C & Bobbi Brown values as well as conducting Retail Artist duties. 80% of Resident Trainer’s time will be dedicated to supporting the Artist Training and development of M A C Artists and the rest 20% of time will be dedicated to supporting Bobbi Brown Artists.
The Resident Trainer will be responsible for ensuring accounts exceed their sales targets through working on the counters and leading by example to ensure excellence in product knowledge, make up artistry and customer service, whilst maintaining all hygiene standards. The Resident Trainer will assist any M A C & Bobbi Brown core trainings and workshop trainings as well as participate at retail and special events as necessary.
Candidates must be fully trained in makeup with retail experience in M A C/Bobbi Brown and preferably airport retail experience. If prior experience as M A C Retail Artist, they ideally must have been successful in completing the first four Retail Certification skills of:

You must be based near Gatwick & speak fluent English. Candidates might be required at times to travel within their role to meetings/conferences and due to the requirement to travel and applicants must have a full driving licence.
