We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Retail Team Manager to join our Travel Retail business at Belfast International Airport. The role will be a multi-branded Management position covering a collection of our brands such as Jo Malone London, Tom Ford, MAC, Estee Lauder and Clinique. The role involves managing a team of around 10 Beauty Advisors, leading, coaching and developing the business and the team to business success.
The role is full time, working 36 hours over any 4 days of the week - as this role is at the airport, early shifts start at 5am and a late shift finishes about 7.30pm. Staff car parking is provided on site.
What the role entails:
- Leading a team to deliver business success - you must lead by example, have a passion for retailing and selling luxury products.
- Great communicator - it is essential you can communicate effectively to your team, from talking about sales performance and targets, to addressing and managing people. Ideally, you will have experience of coaching and training people within a work/retail setting.
- Self-starter - someone who can work on your own initiative, make decisions locally and build great relationships with the Airport retail operator.
- Maximising sales opportunities - inspiring and motivating the team to deliver great service and strive for sales - monitor team performance and initiate sales activities.
- Operational Management - from maintaining Visual Merchandising standards to being flexible and agile in day-to-day retail operations - Travel Retail can be unpredictable at times and you may need to be adaptable.

Ideal experience:
- Ability to work Travel Retail hours at the airport including 5am starts, evenings up to 7.30pm, weekends and special events in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous management experience within retail, or a beauty brand or luxury retailer.
- Passion and energy for retailing in the Beauty industry.
- Working in the airport.

To obtain an Airside pass, you must be able to provide a checkable 5 years work/education history and have a satisfactory security clearance from the relevant airport authority and CRC check.
