As the Senior Producer you'll work within the Creative Operations team within our in-house creative agency, ELC Studios. A specialist in creative production and project management, responsible for delivery of all projects, supporting brand and business strategy and managing efficient processes to scoping, planning, delivery, client services, and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget across first-class multi-channel content whilst also supporting a team of Producers and Production Assistants ensuring operations is efficiently driving productivity.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Workflow: Partner with the Senior Operations Manager and Creative Operations team to establish processes, manage resources, and deliver full-service production across all channels (in-store, digital, TVC, print, and OOH).
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and line-manage the Producers, Production Assistants, and Creative Operations team, ensuring strong performance, personal growth, and succession planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Brands and stakeholders to align production priorities with business drivers and maximize commercial benefit.
- Process & Tooling: Map and document all operational processes while driving the adoption of tools and system customizations to increase delivery efficiency.
- Risk & Change Management: Implement change control processes, mitigate delivery risks, and proactively communicate potential project issues.
- Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on Creative KPIs and business metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
- Financial Support: Assist with the management of the brand expenses budget.
- Communication & Feedback: Maintain regular team, brand, and third-party meetings; lead post-project feedback sessions to distribute lessons learned.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections between brands and the studio team to identify and share new business opportunities.
- Sustainability: Champion conscious, sustainable production practices both on and off set.
- Problem-Solving: Apply a creative, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving while maintaining a "big picture" strategic view.
Qualifications
- Project & Budget Management: Expert in end-to-end project planning, defining priorities, milestone setting, risk/escalation management, and tracking timescale estimates and budgets using standard charging models.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Confident facilitating, negotiating, and influencing across all business levels, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, analytical questioning, and formulating flexible contingency plans.
- Creative & Digital Acumen: Deep understanding of the digital/mobile-first marketing mix, including creative brief integration across all media channels, emerging trends, and local/global cultures.
- Experience: 6+ years delivering/producing global creative campaigns, ideally within a creative agency environment. Proven line management or supervisory experience.
- Education: Degree-level education or equivalent relevant discipline/management experience. International education or work experience is a bonus.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in project management tools (Wrike preferred) and MS Office. Working knowledge of web technologies, Adobe Suite, and file formatting structures. A hands‑on design/technical background is a plus.
- Financial Accountability: Proven track record of understanding business targets, managing vendor relationships, and controlling costs against specific budgets.
- Social & Content Expertise: Experienced in video production and creating "bite‑sized" content tailored to Gen Z/Millennials across Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Mindset: Global and multicultural awareness, with a drive for innovation, disruption, and a luxury brand mindset. Experienced working within global brand guidelines.
