Position Overview
This senior position is a hybrid role of User Experience and User Interface design across all our digital products. It requires a broad knowledge of the full funnel of digital product creation; research, framing the problem, design, prototyping, validation, build and testing. Although the design element will make up the core, a good understanding of UX research and testing is necessary. You should be familiar with the luxury market with an eye for premium design. Have experience of working on large scale digital projects, and marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. Must have a good breadth of software knowledge, be organized, have good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. They will own projects working with a variety of stakeholders across digital product, engineering and brand teams.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the launch of new digital products and experiences
- Help craft and evolve the UX and UI across current and new digital products
- Conduct research and user journey mapping for relevant products
- Collaborate with digital product managers, developers, brand designers, agencies and team members to design and build experiences
- Translate product requirements into tangible interaction designs, by creating user flows and wireframes
- Communicate design decisions and rationale through demos and prototypes
- Manage and promote the use of the digital design system
- Create accurate, iterative and un-ambiguous design deliverables
- Constantly help improve and maintain the global brand sites
