Boutique Manager
As Boutique Manager, your role will involve elevating in‑store events and ensuring the smooth operation of the store while maintaining alignment with the Boutique and Brand vision.
Responsibilities
- Elevate in‑store events and help bottle customers’ most precious memories during wedding consultations.
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including staff alignment with brand values.
- Support skill‑based activities such as the signature Hand and Arm massage.

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Experience creating and executing in‑store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss availability with the hiring manager during the interview.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
