You will be working to execute digital and consumer engagement activities within the Asia-Pacific Region for Travel Retail. You have the opportunity to build brand awareness and support all the go-to-market online and offline activities. You will also be working alongside key stakeholders within the organization that is responsible for the overall performance in TR APAC. This candidate should be a team player, open to working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and cultures and can work under a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Digital Consumer Marketing: Be fully in charge of monthly retailer boutique site (CN/ KR/ SEA/ JP/ HK) and banner updates. Responsible for maintaining SKU database with Marketing Assistant to ensure accuracy of online listings with correct images, descriptions, and all other related information. Monthly update of new SKUs into said database. Maintaining separate newness registration database for Korea market. Work with translation agency to optimize communication copy, including liaising with each market's contact for proofreading. Coordinate the launch of new site openings, including full check of test sites before opening. Support new boutique site development and boutique site revamp initiatives. Work closely with Marketing team & Integrated Marketing team in executing online-to-offline (O2O) digital initiatives and media campaigns to drive consumer engagement & digital outreach for responsible market.
- Event Execution: Support the team to execute retail events in APAC (key focus in Korea, secondary focus Japan/ Midpac, Oceania) to drive strong consumer engagement, conversion and strengthen brand exposure. Collaborate with Marketing Executive to synchronize major launch events across responsible markets. Coordinate production of merchandising and events collaterals with external vendors. Prepare post-event analysis report. Analyze marketing spend and ROI for events.
- Product Marketing & In Store Support: Support Marketing Manager to prepare NPL forecasts for market-relevant limited collections and samples. Be fully in charge of samples, GWP and collaterals forecast and usage plans. Coordinate production of GWP and collaterals with support from Marketing Assistant. Manage in-store VTO updates.
- Other/Ad-hoc: Assist in the planning and execution of bi-annual Sales Cycle Meeting and marketing presentations: Prepare sell-through reports for leadership teams review, including category analysis for online/offline. Responsible for creative requests to be sent on time to TR WW. Raise purchase requests (PR) for marketing expenses in a timely manner and regular update of marketing budget tracker. Management of deliveries across markets for product and GWP samples with support from Marketing Assistant.
Qualifications
- Preferably with University Degree (Business; Marketing, Communications, etc.)
- Preferably with minimum of 3 years working experience in cosmetics industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (reading/writing).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different cultures.
- Attention to detail with high degree of organization.
- Capacity to work independently with good time management & project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media landscape in APAC, with emphasis in China & Korea.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot, lookup) and PowerPoint.
