As one of our talented Stylists you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets. With your passion for people, our company, products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in‑store experience which educates, inspires and delights them. You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your dynamic team to ensure that the store meets the Company’s high standards of visual merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve the targets set by the Company for items per transaction, average sale, and mix of business.
  • Ensure every customer is provided with a fragrance experience that amazes by following the Service Checklist.
  • Adhere to the Three Steps of Service, Our Mission, and the JoMalone service experience for every customer.
  • Coach and motivate fellow stylists, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute events according to Guidelines and strive to exceed targets set for each event.
  • Assist with daily stock and hygiene supplies replenishment, maintain appropriate levels, and manage stock rotation.
  • Keep the stock room tidy, report discrepancies or out‑of‑stock items to the Boutique Manager.
  • Participate in cleaning display units, tools and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the Tasting Bar, Wet Test Area, Hot Towel Warmers, and Fragrance Arc.
  • Replace missing, finished or damaged products and equipment with authorization from the Boutique Manager.
  • Inform management of any store maintenance or Health & Safety issues, potential hazards or accidents.
  • Show excellent time‑keeping and attendance, liaise between store management and team members, and set/store goals and incentives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory counts, paperwork, and JoMalone Services.
  • Adhere to proper security procedures regarding handling of cash and assets, and follow company procedures for leave and absences.
  • Maintain personal grooming to the standards set by the Company and uphold JoMalone hygiene and image at the counter.
  • Perform any other duties specified by the Boutique Manager or Assistant Manager.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: qualification in make‑up artistry or previous retail make‑up experience; amateur-level experience acceptable if you can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Must be able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
