Senior Stylist

As one of our talented Stylists you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to our customers to achieve all customer service and sales targets.

You will create a unique in‑store experience that educates, inspires and delights them, and collaborate with the dynamic team to maintain the store's visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets set by the Store Manager.
  • Follow the Service Checklist and the Three Steps of Service to ensure every customer experiences a fragrance journey that amazes.
  • Coach and motivate fellow Stylists, highlight growth opportunities and support them in meeting individual service goals.
  • Execute events and promotions according to guidelines, striving to exceed event targets.
  • Assist with daily stock replenishment, rotation, and maintenance of the stock room, and communicate low‑stock or out‑of‑stock items to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including display units, testers, Tasting Bar™, Wet Test Area and Hot Towel Warmers.
  • Support store operations and administrative tasks such as inventory counts, administration paperwork, cash handling and annual leave requests.
  • Show punctuality and a positive attitude, acting as a liaison between store management and team members, setting goals and monitoring progress.
  • Attend training sessions and work with Sales & Education staff to achieve Service Accreditations.
  • Ensure only Jo Malone London fragrance products are used during working hours and maintain high grooming and hygiene standards at the counter.

Qualifications

  • Qualification or equivalent experience in make‑up artistry or previous retail make‑up experience preferred; amateur level experience accepted if it demonstrates creative and technical expertise.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for an interview.
