As the Brand Manager of these fabulous brands you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of brand objectives including net/retail sales, operating profit, market rank/share, and category objectives, whilst working in accordance with brand guidelines. Working in partnership with the Brand Cluster VP/GM and their team, this role will be instrumental in shaping the evolution of the brand and will be required to establish clear brand positioning across all channels and protect brand equity at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Working closely with the Vice President / General Manager to set strategic priorities for the brand, identify and establish how to maximise opportunities to drive the business by engaging key consumer target groups by category and by channel, striving for an omni-channel approach.
- Ownership of the brand P&L, driving sales and performance through your teams across Online, Marketing and Sales.
- Leading the creation and implementation of the regional brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement Strategy that supports the achievement of brand objectives including net/retail sales, operating profit, market rank/share, and category objectives, all in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Leading team to ensure growth, set priorities, and maintain consistent performance standards.
- Partnering with Global teams to initiate and develop regionally relevant programs, assets, and product development based on regional insights.
