Role Summary
The Salon Manager leads and inspires the team of service providers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve commercial targets. As the key floor-based leader, this role balances hands-on coaching with operational oversight, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The Salon Manager is pivotal in shaping team culture, mentoring talent, and ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development
    Lead, coach, and develop service providers to achieve individual and team goals. Build a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated work environment that supports retention and professional growth. Conduct structured performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and coordinate ongoing training initiatives. Actively mentor team members, providing guidance on technique, client interaction, and service excellence.
  • Guest Experience Management
    Ensure a consistent, premium guest journey across all services. Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing feedback and concerns. Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to integrate front-of-house and service touchpoints seamlessly.     Deliver service and retail revenue targets by monitoring team performance and client conversion metrics. Analyse business and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
