The National Field Sales & Education Manager is responsible for driving and managing the overall sales performance across all stores. The National Field Sales & Education Manager ensures that strategies are effectively cascaded and executed through the Area Field management & Education team, to drive business growth, and achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all stores in the region. Additionally, this role involves overseeing the Operation arm of the business, along with Education, ensuring that training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
