As one of our highly skilled make-up artists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also enjoy working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

We welcome both seasoned and amateur-level candidates, providing excellent training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.

Qualifications
  • Preference will be given to applicants with a qualification in make-up artistry or prior retail make-up experience; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are also considered.
  • All applicants must be able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Applicants must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Maximise sales performance and productivity.
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleagues.
  • Support the execution of in-store events.
  • Be aware of stock and inventory levels, and drive an omni-channel approach.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and a clean, welcoming work environment.
  • Adhere to brand grooming guidelines.
  • Assist with opening and closing of the boutique and perform housekeeping duties.
