We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the daily operations of the store/counter.
  • Coach and develop Sales Associates to reach sales and customer‑service targets.
  • Assist with inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with retail point‑of‑sale procedures and Microsoft Office usage.
  • Maintain a personalized, authentic customer service approach.
Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring.
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
