We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading the daily operations of the store/counter.
- Coach and develop Sales Associates to reach sales and customer‑service targets.
- Assist with inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with retail point‑of‑sale procedures and Microsoft Office usage.
- Maintain a personalized, authentic customer service approach.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring.
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
