The Stylist at Jo Malone London brings the brand’s generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service. Fragrant fun, curiosity and kindness are key. In this role, you will entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients, and media contacts. Creativity is our day-to-day, from signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations where you help bottle precious memories. Our services and events are the talk of the town.
The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service and deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the store environment
- Operations
- Assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique
- Housekeeping duties
The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximise sales performance and productivity

- Awareness of stock and inventory
- Maintain high VM standards and work environment

Qualifications:
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise

- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
