The Stylist at Jo Malone London brings the brand’s generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service. Fragrant fun, curiosity and kindness are key. In this role, you will entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients, and media contacts. Creativity is our day-to-day, from signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations where you help bottle precious memories.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximise sales performance and productivity
- Build collaborative relationships with your colleagues
- Support the execution of in-store events
- Maintain high VM standards and work environment
- Be aware of competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach
- Adhere to Brand grooming guidelines
- Maintain the high standard of housekeeping

While certification in make-up artistry and/or previous retail make-up experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience. We offer excellent training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Qualifications:
- A qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- All applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
