Estee Lauder, one of the world's leading cosmetics brands including renowned quality skincare, make up and fragrances, is seeking to increase their team of Beauty Advisors based at Edinburgh Airport.
The roles are either full time (36 hours per week over 4 days) or part time (18 hours per week over 3 days) - you must be able to work flexibly, including weekends. Early shifts start at 5am and a late finish is 8pm. Free Airport Staff car parking is available.
We are looking for a team of people who offer a welcoming and authentic service to passengers to achieve service and sales targets:
- Ability to share your excellent product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with customers and engage with them comfortably
- Represent the brand in line with personal grooming guidelines
- Ability to identify customer needs, offering best in class service
- Work as a team - help colleagues to achieve business results
- Actively participate in brand training
- Maintain counter standards in store, with high levels of cleanliness, visual merchandising and tester

What experience are we looking for?
- Ideally you will have retail experience or guest services
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm for authentic personalised customer service

- Flexible to work across different brands - fragrance, skincare or make up where needed
To work in the airport you must have Airside Clearance to do so and obtain an ID Pass to access the airport. For this, you will require 5 years of employment/educational checks and a Criminal Reference Check. Estee Lauder Companies is an equal opportunities employer.
