Freelance Beauty Trainer / Assessor – Join Our Team
Are you passionate about the beauty industry and enjoy sharing your skills and experience with others? We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Freelance Beauty Trainer/Assessor to join our team and support the development of our learners in a positive and professional training environment.
Responsibilities
- Delivering vocational beauty qualifications to learners
- Assessing learner performance and providing clear, constructive feedback
- Ensuring learners meet qualification requirements and deadlines
- Maintaining accurate assessment and learner records
- Using the ManageAssess system (training will be provided if required)
Qualifications
- Occupational competence in Level 3 Beauty Therapy
- A recognised Assessor qualification
- Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty qualifications
- Experience with VTCT qualifications (desirable)
- Experience using ManageAssess (desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to motivate and inspire learners and create a positive learning environment
