Estcourt Primary Academy are looking to appoint two Lunchtime Supervisors to join our academy in September 2026 on a temporary, part time basis. Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you.

Your new role: As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will actively supervise pupils during the lunch time period in the dining room, playground and throughout the academy premises. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience required for this position, then we would very much like to hear from you.

Your new school: Our academy was recently visited by Ofsted in January 2025 and we gained an outstanding judgement in all strands of inspection. Our school is incredibly diverse with over a third of our pupils either speaking a different language or coming to us from a different country. Our percentage of pupils with identified SEND needs is above the national and local average.

This opportunity is for an ambitious individual open to innovation, a commitment to professional development and one who has the aspiration to work with like-minded people. We are looking for an individual who has the experiences of the children at the heart of their thinking and the desire to make a real difference for the pupils in our community. You will join a group of professionals who are determined to develop the academy into the very best it can be, contributing in innovative ways to develop our curriculum and extended provision.

We look forward to you joining our dedicated and supportive team. We are very lucky that we are situated in close proximity to three other Delta academies: Craven Primary Academy, Mersey Primary Academy and The Parks Academy. This allows us to work closely together and each academy is committed to learning from each other and sharing best practice.

We have an incredibly caring, passionate and talented staff who are dedicated to ensuring that they provide a positive foundation for each and every child who comes through our doors. We are really proud of Estcourt, our children are amazing and a real pleasure to teach!

Why join us? Staff across the trust are talented and enthusiastic, and all contribute to the trust’s success story. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding team within a high-performing multi academy trust with exciting career prospects for successful applicants.

CPD: At Delta Academies Trust, we’re committed to your ongoing development and supporting your ambitions, this includes our internal leadership development programmes - Leadership Pathways.

Employee Benefits: As a Trust, we have developed an extensive range of employee benefits that focus on your Financial, Physical and Mental Wellbeing. Holiday Entitlement: minimum 35 days (subject to pro rata if working part-time and dependent upon salary and continuous service) including statutory Bank Holidays.

In accordance with DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education, an online search will be completed on all shortlisted applicants prior to interview. Any relevant information will be discussed further with the applicant during the recruitment process.
