TITLE: Lettings Negotiator (Would consider Snr neg if right fit)

WHERE: Positions available in Kensington and Kew

PACKAGE: Generous basic and car allowance. On target earnings of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

HOURS: Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30 or 6pm. EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 10-1 ONLY.

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The Role

You will manage the end-to-end letting process, from registering high-quality applicants to closing deals. This position is ideal for a proactive closer who excels at building relationships and wants to maximiSe their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register applicants and qualify their property requirements.
  • Conduct viewings across our premium local portfolio.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure the best deals.
  • Build relationships with local landlords to generate new business.
  • Manage pipelines efficiently from offer acceptance to move-in.
  • Provide updates to clients, maintaining our reputation for elite service.

About You

  • Attitude: Highly motivated, professional, and hungry to hit financial targets.
  • Driver: A full UK driving licence is required.
