We are looking for a live out gardener to help establish and maintain a 6 ha country garden and parkland near Hungerford. The garden was designed by Tom Stuart-Smith for a young family. Applicants must have basic all round horticultural knowledge, a hands on approach, ideally RHS level 2 and at least 3 years experience.

Responsibilities will include extensive herbaceous planting, lawns, topiary maintenance and work within the vegetable garden. This is a rare chance for someone wishing to gain hands on experience working in a recently established private garden, as part of a small team, with the guidance of the Head Gardener.

The position can be tailored to suit experience but a strong interest in horticulture and willingness to learn on the job is essential. Depending on experience, a salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 pa is available along with training and opportunities to progress within the business.
