Senior Lettings Administrator in Clapham. £32,000 – £37,000pa. No weekends

Our client, a busy, independent estate agency based in South London, seek a detail-oriented, experienced Lettings Administrator to join their team in Clapham, managing daily administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond where necessary, confident & friendly and possess excellent organisational skills.

As Lettings Administrator you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks to include:

* Ensure the smooth running of the Lettings Department and maintain database and spreadsheets.

* Liaise with, Accounts, contractors, tenants, utility companies and any other colleagues or external agents, as required.

* Provide daily maintenance and repair access for maintenance team and where each team member is being sent.

* Arrange property inventories, check out inspections

* Ensure all emails, letters and telephone calls are dealt with within a reasonable time frame and in a professional manner.

* Chase arrears

* Ensure gas safety checks / EPC’s / Pest control / EICR’s are carried out in a regular and timely manner.

* Administer all new tenancies, tenancy renewals and all other tenancy changes effectively and efficiently.

* Ensure filing is kept up to date.

* Order white goods for properties

* Have keys cut when required and ensure key log is kept up to date at all times.

* Invoices to be crosschecked against works carried out.

You will need to:

* Have previous residential lettings administrative skills and precise attention to detail

* Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages

* Possess great communication skills both written and verbal

* Enjoy working within a small team helping out in other roles at busy times
