I’ve partnered with a market-leading mobility and rehabilitation manufacturer that is continuing to invest in its marketing function and digital presence across the UK and Europe. As part of a growing team, you’ll take ownership of SEO, PPC and paid social activity across a portfolio of established healthcare and mobility brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years’ digital marketing experience who wants to make a tangible impact, work across multiple brands, and help shape online strategy in a growing international business.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns designed to increase visibility, generate leads, and drive online growth across the UK and Netherlands. You’ll have the autonomy to manage campaigns from strategy through to execution, whilst working closely with a collaborative marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and continually improve ROI through testing, analysis and optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing and utilise performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Carry out keyword research and identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimise on-page and off-page SEO, including content, metadata and link‑building activities.
- Analyse website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create engaging, SEO‑friendly content.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and best practice.
- Produce performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns with measurable success.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO best practices.
- Experience across paid social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience using tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn within a fast‑moving environment.
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience within healthcare, mobility, rehabilitation, assistive technology or a B2B environment.
- Dutch language skills would be advantageous.
